Strength/Skill:

Squat Snatch

7-6-5-4-3-2-1-1

Start at 55% 1RM. Increase by 5% each iteration.

Focus points for this are:

Hip Explosion, Shrug, Pulling under bar

 

For Quality

 

Conditioning:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Burpee Box Overs (30/24″)

7 Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (95/65)

9 Strict Knees-2-Elbows

 

For Score

 

Mobility:

Olympic Wall Squat – 2:00

Overhead Distraction w/ External Bias – 1:30/side

Spine Smash – 2:00

    Worked up to 83#
    Tried to focus on Shrug and getting under the bar…still need lots of work.

    Cwod:
    ran 22 min at work last 4 min with weighted vest wit @ 6.6% incline

  2. Worked DL got up to 220#
    8 full rounds. 35# kettle bell sumos. Some K2E wee more like knee to armpit

    Felt smooth, but only got to 85% due to time.

    Score = 192
    Rx+: SDHP @ 115
