Tried to focus on Shrug and getting under the bar…still need lots of work.
Cwod:
ran 22 min at work last 4 min with weighted vest wit @ 6.6% incline
Worked DL got up to 220#
8 full rounds. 35# kettle bell sumos. Some K2E wee more like knee to armpit

Felt smooth, but only got to 85% due to time.
