With a 6-minute cap perform as many reps as possible of:

30 Deadlifts (225/153)

30 Wall-Ball Shots (20/14) @ (10/9′)

30 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

…rest 1-minute and strip weights, then…

With a 6-minute cap perform as many reps as possible of:

20 Hang Power Cleans (135/93)

20ย Wall-Ball Shots (20/14) @ (10/9′)

20 Hand Stand Push-ups

…rest 1-minute and strip weights, then…

With a 6-minute cap perform as many reps as possible of:

10 Overhead Squats (95/63)

10 Wall-Ball Shots (20/14) @ (10/9′)

10 Muscle-ups

*WOD instructions:

These reps are equal work. Only one athlete working at a time. Perform each exercise in it’s entirety before moving to next. If you complete all reps before 6-minute cap is reached, start over at the top of that AMRAP. During the 1-minute rest, strip the bar of unneeded weights for next AMRAP. For same gender partner groups, use one bar. For mixed gender, use one bar for female, and one bar for male.

 

Flexibility:

    Rocked the partner WOD today w/ Schumer!!

    Set 1: 115 (both Rx – except a few of my C2B at the end were starting to become regular PLU’s, lol)
    Set 2: 80 (Schumer was Rx – my mod was doing the HSPU’s on the tires)
    Set 3: 70 (Mods – banded MU attempts – I used the green band – not sure about schumer)
    TOTAL: 265

    Row at the end: 300m in 1:00

  4. I have no idea what happened…I just know it was an embrace the suck day. Jimmy you just tried to disguise this “Partner WOD” for what it really was, which was 3 AMRAP’s in one work out with the word “rest” used instead of transition….
    I am on to you APE….

  6. Partnered with Tara. This is my marathon week so I modified everything (even though jimmy kept trying to push my limits) and only used a weighted pipe. 2 ab mats for HSPU, WB throws without full squat.
    275 reps for us for all 3 parts combined. That row at the end was sneaky.
