WOD 1:

12:00 Cap

2K Row

Max Rep Burpees

 

As a team, row 2000 meters. Then perform as many Burpees in the remaining time as possible. Only one partner working at a time, on both the row and burpees. Equal work required on row only. Total Burpees is Score.

WOD 2:

As a team, use one bar (135) to perform as many reps as possible in 10:00 of:

Snatch (5 points)

Ground-2-Overhead (3 points)

Deadlift (1 point)

 

Every minute on the minute, one partner performs as many reps as possible of any of the movements. On the minute, partners change.

 

Total Score is both WODs added together

    Teamed with big Dave C.
    Broke rows in groups of 300’s and 200’s.
    65 burpees.

    WOD 2 – 296 rx. Dave powered through average of 7 snatches per round.
    I averaged 6 g2o.

    Total score 361 Rx.

    WOD 1:
    Split the 2000m row into 250m intervals
    70 burpees completed in the remaining time

    WOD 2:
    342 (mod w/ 115#)

    7:28 row time, 105 Burpees

    Partnered with Quadzilla on WOD 2:
    Me at 135, her at 93
    total points of 426

  4. I was the shadow on WOD 1: did the same burpees as Janimal but slower (just a little) so I estimate 100 burpees vs. 105
