  3. Triple 3’s 53:28 I think that’s the correct seconds.
    I think the row wAs 13:19 then I don’t remember. I am now knocked out for the rest of the day. Napping didn’t help.

    I only know the times for the three components:
    14:00 3000 meter row
    6:00 300 DU
    34:30 ish for the run…

    So I guess it was about 54 minutes working. I totally lose the contest for efficient transitions.
    I thought this was an awesome WOD !
