Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

3 Muscle-ups

6 Shoulder-2-Overhead (95/63)

9 Bar-Over-Burpees

 

 

Post completed rounds and extra reps for each AMRAP to comments

    WOD 2: 3 Rds + 2 Reps (slow on third round of MU, trying to do something different and wasn’t working)

    WOD 2: 3rds + 15reps (mod: Banded MU attempts (6) + 6 box dips per round)

    WOD 2: 4+1
    Did 3 MU in a row without dropping down for rings in rd 1! Those burpees were tough!
