Jerk

2-2-2-2-2+ @ 80% 1RM

For Quality

(20:00 cap)

 

 

Conditioning WOD:

“Straight Sprint”

10 Straight-leg Box Jumps* (20/16″)

200m Sprint

10 Pull-ups

200m Sprint

10 Kettlebell Push-ups

 

4 rounds for time

*Straight-leg box jumps are performed like normal box jumps except you land on top of the box with straight legs. No bend allowed.

    15:10 12″ Box Jump.
    + 12 Burpees
    + 2:30 Plank time

    I like the running AND the Burpees better than those planks!!

    Rest day for me, but worked Jerk with Dave at noon class @ 215, got 8 on last set.
