10 Straight-leg Box Jumps* (20/16″)

10 Kettlebell Push-ups

*Straight-leg box jumps are performed like normal box jumps except you land on top of the box with straight legs. No bend allowed.

I like the running AND the Burpees better than those planks!!

Also did the plank challenge 2x successful, and one time broken up.
