Strength WOD:

Deadlift (20 minute cap)

Warm-up 10, 7, 4, gradually increasing weight, then

3 reps @ 65% 1RM

3 reps @ 75% 1RM

3 reps @ 85% 1RM

 

Conditioning WOD:

“Toe Jam”

10 Thrusters (75/53)

10 Toes-2-Bar

 

10 rounds for time

    10 rounds
    18 Min RX…at the buzzer!

    Could have done better..stopped at 8 reps on the thrusters and put the bar down on rounds 7-10. Should have tried to push to 10.

    Brighter side…. 100 Toes to Bar and NO RIPS!

  5. 135, 155, 180×4. Deadlifts

    9 rounds + 1 rep in 18 minutes. Knee ups and 45# thrusters (masters weight)
    Grip killer indeed.

    Note to self: use taped bar and more chalk for knee up.
