Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Wall-Ball Shots (20/14) @ (10/9′)

10 Knees-2-Elbows

10 Push-ups

 

Rest 5 minutes

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Kettlebell Thrusters (53/35)

10 Deadlifts (225/153)

10 Lateral Bar Jumps

 

 

Post total number of rounds and extra reps for each AMRAP to comments

    6 + 21
    Rx
    Part Yang:
    Not so bueno. Got one round Rx
    Then had to modify KBS to 45
    4 reps into the DL hip flexor cramped
    Stopped DL and finished the round

    Great WOD’n with the 0530 group again!

    Yang: 2 rds plus 20 reps

    Lesson learned today: should’ve rested Monday after competition. My body is unhappy. One rd rx dl, dropped to 133 on rd 2. Substituted v-ups for bar jumps bc my shins are killing me. Overall….blah today. Need to regroup and refocus.

  11. Becky I am with you! I did Yang first did 3 rds + 4 reps with modified thrusters cuz my wing got angry after the first rd of KB thrusters
    Yin…not so much v ups for K2E and had to lower WB after 3 rd then kaput!!!

    Due to time constraints, Becky and I could only do 10 minute AMRAP’s.

    I ditto Becky’s comment on resting!! Lesson well learned. 🙂

    • I guess I was the only one smart enough to only do yin…especially after witnessing Jecky do the Yang part
