CFE WOD:

Choose a sport, and perform 4-8 rounds:

Run: 400m, rest 3 minutes

Row: 500m, rest 3 minutes

Bike: 1200m, rest 3 minutes

Swim: 100m, rest 3 minutes

  1. I practiced 13.2 today in the pit.
    45# and a short box

    For future reference: can I use a crossfit box on Thursdays ? Move the box into the gym? I know I’m not supposed to wod in the extreme room on Thursdays. I work at the shop on Saturdays.
    I used the short silver bench in the pit today.
