    L-PLU were rough! It has been a while since I got to 1 PLU at a time. 🙂 however, holy cow, the box jumps! After getting off the rower, 1:41, my legs wouldnt wotk for the first 20 box jumps

    Hilarious fact:
    Coach Becky was using my phone to log into the games website. While typing in her email, goedwards…., auto correct pulled up “How dwarfs”. I had a great laugh!! Very “fitting”. 😉

  5. Couldn’t get in at a class time today…well technically I could’ve done 0530 or 0630 but anyway
    rowed a 5k 22:46 not a pr. I think I need someone to row with me so I can pr on that one.
    Heard a cool quote yesterday a lady on a cooking competition show (I’m also a dork) said she wanted to get better ( at cooking, but for me crossfit) because winning was for the moment but better is forever. Like that one.
    I hope someone reads this novel 🙂

    With many modifications, finished in 25:22. At this point, as long as I finish…I’m accomplishing more than I EVER thought I would be able to. Thanks to the 3 great coaches at MP Cross Fit – you all ROCK.
