6 Overhead Squats (115/73)

12 Hand-Release Push-Ups

18 Sit-ups

24 Walking Lunges

 

Post total rounds and extra reps to comments

    Ran 4 miles at turkey then…..8 rounds +49 reps mod was 45# on OHS.
