Notes for next time…I thought I would do better on the Double Unders but they were just not happening. Also did 28 Grasshoppers in the last all-out round so probably didn’t push hard enough on those.
I have CF Crack from the WOD yesterday…..not looking forward to the su slammers! 🙁
