20 Weighted Lunges (35/25)

10 Toes-2-Bar/Knees-2-Elbows

  6. 41:24 almost rx couldn’t control the kb overhead, so I kept the kb about 95% up. I had to work extra hard not to cry when I found out there were 5 rounds. Most rounds took me around 8:30 and the last one took me 9 mins
