200 Speed Skips / Max rep Handstand Push-ups

Post time and total team reps on “max rep” exercises to comments

 

Instructions:

Partner B executes max reps while A is performing their specified amount. The “Partner Carry” is 40 yards each. After doing round one, switch roles and complete the second round.
