5 Knees-2-Elbows

10 Two-handed Kettlebell Power Clean and Jerk (35/20)

    around 30 or so ball throws with Chad

    Almost 6 rounds! I threw 50 throws with Danny in 3 rds, and 31 with Bob and Brian in our triangle throw!
