    did my first RX push ups and blue band pull ups in warm up today since friggin MARCH! shoulder feels actually really good! guess i can stop being a poo and start posting again :p on the way to being back to normal!
    P.S Tulsa Tough was awesome!! my 40 mile time was 2:33 ( that was with a rest stop ๐Ÿ™‚ but 26th place overall out of 56 men and women :o) ill take it!
