20 Double Unders

5 rounds for time of:
Run 400m
30 Wall-Ball Shots (16/12)
All wall-balls are to be unbroken. If you drop/put the ball down, you will receive a penalty. First, wall-balls start over. Second, and past, you have a 10 burpee penalty.
Post total time for both WOD’s and any penalties incurred to comments

    only dropped in third rd had to start over once and do 1 rd of burpees 😛
