Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

60 Bar-facing Burpees

30 Overhead Squats (120/90)*

10 Muscle-ups

Post total numner of rounds and extra reps to comments

  3. I got all the burpees and 24 ohs rx

  4. I got all the burpees and 10 OHS @ 32# in the first 10 minutes.
    I continued to complete 1 full round in 19:33 w/ 1" PLU & 1" dips @ 3:1 mod for muscle ups.
    Later, I braved the wind (and the unexpected rain) to complete my longest bike ride EVER…60 miles!! Each time the wind tried to blow me over I was that much more determined to finish. VICTORY!
    Oh, and I am thoroughly impresses with those Rx OHSs, ladies!

    o well proved I can OHS 75% of my bodyweight! And that makes me a happy panda
