  2. Thanks to the bootcampers and 0530 for letting me crash mid WOD. It was hopping and well done everyone. I had to scat at 7:00 so did a bridge WOD:

    Rowed 10K – 55:22.

  6. 24:27 Rx–impressive showing by everyone. Gloves came off for the bootcampers getting "decked" to start week 5. Impressive was Tim who stayed to the final card! Nice work.

  7. 31:30 rx My hands did not looks like Erin's but I did tear. Good to have a large group tonight. Lou, Nancy, Rhonda, Brandy, Stacy, and Doug all did fantastic.
