  4. 21:32 with a weight vest and premature celebration rest. My time was 18:31 when I finished the last run, but I forgot to do the last 50 squats until Jimmy came and found me sprawled out on the ground:(

    28:34 the running was ok but the back would flare on the squats. Hopefully it is getting better and not worse. I'll guess we'll see if I can get out of bed in the morning! LOL
