  1. Just wanted to give an update on Stacy. Went to the ER and found out her appendix had burst so she will have surgery this morning. She is a tough cookie. Keep her in your prayers.

  3. Stacy update. Surgery went well. Apparently her appendix had ruptured 3 days ago so she has an infection. She will be in the hospital a couple of days – Saint Francis Room 5322. She is doing a lot better, and says hi.

    Our prayers are with you. Get well. Always remember: breathing is over-rated, and water is a crutch! 🙂

    I did 3 x 5 at 145lbs, and a dbl under WOD for time:
    100 DU, rest 2 min, 75 DU, rest 1 min, 50 DU, rest 30 sec, 25 DU, rest 15 sec, 50 DU – 7:00 RX.
