    I did the CFE wod for rowing. I forgot to write down the first round of meters so I don't have my max distance to post. But, I wanted to say that it was a lot of fun and I would want to do this one again. Thanks, Jamie, for the rowing tips! It was fun rowing with you!

  5. I also did the CFE and forgot to write down meters. Got 600-675 range each 3 min interval. Had some of my fastest 500m times, too. Thanks Melanie, I had fun, too.
