  1. Had a wonderful dinner last night. Had "zone" tacos with lettuce wraps instead of tortillas and wonderful roasted veggies. Stacy discovered a great way to get a pasta fix. Get spaghetti squash, it looks like a papaya. After you cook it scrap it with a fork and it looks and tastes like pasta only a little sweeter.

    Zone update : just have to say almonds and avocados are an amazing and easy way to get the fat blocks in! Avocados go awesome with eggs, on sandwhiches , tuna salad ( rolled some Avocados inside chicken along with spinich and aspargus YUM!! last night) also frozen fruit is my new bff , mixed with the activia vanillia yogart it's soooo good! So again those fellow MP zoners we have; just keep expeirmenting and post about it! Amber awesome idea withthe tacos! I bought a vegan cook book for more creative ideas for veggies! PS for those who like butter and have had to cut it or count it as a fat block; try soy or vegan butter Still have to count it buy much healthier substitute! 🙂 keep up awesome work guys!
