    ATTN MP CrossFitters: Next Generation is having sort of a mini-games on August 22. There are 3 events. (See their website for details http://www.nextgenerationcrossfit.com). I checked with Eric and he said if you are only interested in doing the WOD, not the trail run or mud run, or simply have other obligations, it is fine to just do the WOD. That portion of the "games" is at Next Gen.
